Please read the terms and conditions below before making a booking. By making a booking it is understood that all the following terms and conditions are read and accepted. Our priority is the enjoyment and safety of all our guests so it is important that these are agreed and adhered to.
We are licensed by the Camping and Caravanning Club for members only. A valid membership number must be provided at the time of booking.
All bookings will require a 20% deposit to secure the pitch. The balance is payable on arrival. In the event of your cancellation of the booking, the deposit will be refundable up to 28 days before the date of the start of the booking but will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the total price of the booking. In high season, if you cancel your booking at short notice, your booking will need to be paid in full. Cancellations of less than 28 days will not be eligible for a refund. Bookings made in the high season period within 28 days of arrival will be liable for all fees at the time of booking.
There will be no refunds for inclement weather or if asked to leave for bad behaviour.
Check-in is from 2.00 p.m. and check-out is by 12.00 p.m. It may be possible to alter these times by prior arrangement in the low and mid seasons at the owners discretion.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party and must supervise children properly.
Dogs are welcome on site but must be on a lead and under control at all time. All dog fouling must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the dog waste bin provided. Dogs must never be left on the site unattended.
Please respect other people’s peace and privacy. Quiet time is from 11pm until 7am.
The campsite speed limit is 5mph. Please drive carefully at all times.
All toilet waste from vans must be disposed of in the chemical waste disposal point.
We have recycling bins for everyday waste – please separate and dispose of your waste in the labelled bins provided next to the toilets.
We reserve the right to refuse to admit to the site any person we deem to be unsuitable.
Failure to comply with these conditions or acting in a manner that is disrespectful to others may result in the offending party being asked to leave immediately without refund or compensation.
Marshford Camping and the owners and staff thereof are under no liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to property or equipment, however caused, whilst staying with us.
DATA PROTECTION – information regarding your booking will be stored on our computer solely for the campsite use but will not be released to any other third party. Making a booking by telephone, email or online confirms your agreement with these terms.
